Chad helped me find a home in a short amount of time. Since I was out of state, he willingly walked me through the homes via video chat, gave sound advice concerning locations, informed me of the local buying process, and lined up contractors to help with remodeling. From Day one, Chad proved himself to be professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. We looked at 6 or 8 homes prior to choosing the one that was right for us. All homes we looked at were in rural country areas and required a lot of travel and scheduling challenges. With each and every property Chad was knowledgeable, and I could tell immediately he did his homework. He looked out for the best interest of my wife and I and not his potential commissions. When it came time to close he was deliberate in negotiations and did not rest until all parties met their obligations and the deal was closed. After closing Chad followed up with us and has become a friend. He is my agent of choice and look forward to future purchases with his guidance.
