Chad Fortenberry with TechTown Realty was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond what normal realtors do. As we were searching for a home for our daughter to live in during college, he knew that safety was our number 1 priority and made sure that we were able to find a home in a very safe neighborhood. Unlike most realtors, Chad knows a lot about construction and he pays attention to detail. He was constantly looking at all of the details at each house he showed us. If there were red flags, he pointed them out and steered us away from multiple houses we liked, which saved us lots of money in the end. He was extremely organized and always let me know in advance what documents would be needed and led us through the entire process, taking away a lot of stress. I would highly recommend Chad whether you are buying or selling. He is a super nice guy and is always willing to answer questions (night or day).
