Chad Fortenberry is a 20-year military veteran who provides peerless customer service with attention to detail. He is excited to help people find their next great place or space and he represents his clients with expertise and passion.

Born and raised in Texas, Chad’s devotion to his home state stands strong. He was born in Amarillo but moved to the DFW area where he spent 10 years enjoying life with his family and church family. Shortly after graduating, he joined the U.S. Coast Guard. After retiring as a Senior Chief, Chad and his family moved back to Texas. His stories of travels and adventures are sure to keep any room entertained. Having been a handyman for many years and owning multiple homes and rentals, going into Real Estate seemed a natural next step and the transition has been very easy and rewarding.

In his free time, Chad enjoys family and friend time, tinkering in the shop, fishing, and vacationing.
